6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
Prices may change with 30 days notice

Free tier limitations are subject to change. We will notify users of significant changes.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PageSEO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Recommendations will improve your search rankings
Data analysis will be completely accurate
The Service will meet your specific requirements

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGESEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution
